Serin is a seasoned leadership coach and former marketing executive. She has empowered women leaders at companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, Airbnb, Electronic Arts (EA) and Patreon.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and coaching, Serin has helped countless women advance their careers and achieve their professional goals. She is certified as an emotional intelligence coach by the International Coaching Federation and has a certification in Somatics for the Workplace.
Her passion for this work stems from her own journey of navigating the challenges and obstacles faced by women in the workplace in male-dominated environments.
Serin was born, raised, and worked in Silicon Valley for most of her career.
